About me I'm Tafazal, a father of five, grandfather of three and a go-getter, alhamdulillah. However, it wasn't always this way....
In 2017, I arose from the Pit into my Personal Power cenforce 200, overcoming my greatest obstacles of conditioned thoughts, doubts and fears through an unsuspecting guide.
A painful divorce left me with a choice of ‘do or die’.
Being a man, a Muslim and a divorcee, I was faced with stigma, self-shame and a world that didn’t fully recognise my needs.
Discovering my own self-worth, true potential and authentic voice, I became Version 2.0, married my soul mate and got accepted to compete for a Guinness World Record, alhamdulillah!
I know that it isn't always possible for men to 'find their mojo', especially when we're faced with so many competing challenges that require our time and energy. This is why this podcast 'Muslim Men Speak' is dedicated as a medium for Muslim men to inspire and be inspired, on our terms.
Through personal growth and success stories, my passion is to inspire a million people globally with my message of ‘believe that you can’.
I currently work with Muslim men to help them 'live a life they deserve', through focusing on helping them to rekindle their marriage and improving their general well-being at Tafazal Coaching (www.tafazalcoaching.com)
I podcast from the United Kingdom to an international audience and I am happy to receive guest requests. Please follow the link HERE I am also available to appear as a podcast guest. Please contact me to book: tafazal@tafazalcoaching.com Tafazal Mohammed
🎙 The Podcast Contemporary times have presented the modern man with many challenges. With the many competing responsibilities he has to fulfill, he is left with very limited time to focus on himself and thus build his sense of self-worth, self-esteem and confidence. His own identity isn’t as unique anymore, rather he adopts a persona that he perceives others want to see him as, articulated beautifully here: ‘𝙄 𝙖𝙢 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙬𝙝𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙠 𝙄 𝙖𝙢; 𝙄 𝙖𝙢 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙬𝙝𝙤 𝙄 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙠 𝙄 𝙖𝙢; 𝙄 𝙖𝙢 𝙬𝙝𝙤 𝙄 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙠 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙠 𝙄 𝙖𝙢’ - Charles Cooley Arguably, the Muslim man is pressured even further: faith, culture and societal expectations seem to throw an additional layer of challenges. Has the modern Muslim man been emasculated from his Divine role? Is he living a life that is devoid of any practical guidance? Where does he turn for clarity? Is he seen as 'backward' for upholding faith principles, in a world that is becoming increasingly secular? What about issues of mental health? Issues around relationships and general well-being? Moreover, there aren't enough positive role models for him to emulate!
